Theme Plan

 When planning your themes ahead of time, consider the children's interests as well as the materials you have available to you. You can plan your curriculum for the whole year ahead of time, as we do, but make sure you allow the flexibility to build your lessons around what is sparking your little learner's interests. For example, it may be "Robot Week," but if it's you have a swarm of ladybugs visiting your play yard and that is all the kids care about... Well, it sounds like it is really "Ladybug Week" to me!
